Shipping/ Returns

  • How will my sign be shipped?
USPS or FedEx depending on the size you order. All prints are sent out USPS.
  • How long will it take to get my order?
Prints ship out 3-5 business days after ordering. Signs are made to order. Production takes 14 business days. All orders ship out of Utah, delivery can take 2-5 business days depending on your location..We currently do not offer same day or next day shipping. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
  • Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order you must contact us within 2 days of the purchase: sincerelyusshop@gmail.com
  • How do I get a refund?
If you are unsatisfied with you purchase and would like to do a return please email sincerelyusshop@gmail.com. Your purchase must be sent back within 10 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be packaged how they were received. 
Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. Once item(s) are received and inspected, refund will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days for return funds to appear. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Because our items are handmade and made to order we do charge a $10 restock fee. 
NO returns or refunds for print orders.
  • My order is damaged.
In the event that your order is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order for a replacement. All of our items are shipped with insurance, and you will need to provide 3 photos of the damage incurred in order to process your replacement. Once notified, we may need further documentation or other requests. This is a claim by claim basis.
